We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original, unopened condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain beauty and wellness devices can only be returned if the security seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and charging cables are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid or standard shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
